New to PDMWorks as of Monday and as we are loading files in andworking on one in particular the rev was bumped many times at checkin. My question is how can I go back and change the rev backto B?

If you have admin rights, you can RMB and rollback the part. However, depending on how far along it has been revved, you might not be able to.
When you're working on a part that isn't complete, check it in as a working copy so it doesn't go through all those major rev changes.
I strongly recomment training or you guys are going to find yourselves completely screwed up in a short amount of time. Your VAR should be able to help, or try www.myigetit.com.
