    ANNOTATIONS INVISIBLE UNTIL MOUSE-OVER

    Chris Canterbury

Recently, many of the engineers in the department have been opening drawings wherein all the annotations (dims and hole labels, mostly) are invisible, until mouse-over, when they're highlighted.  When the mouse cursor is not on the dim/label, it is invisible.  Why is this, and how can I stop it?

This is, as noted, a recent development, and only happens on their computers.  When I (the drafter) open the drawings, I see everything as it should be.  It does not matter if I made the initial drawing or not.

      Baffling!
