I flatten the sheet metal, draw a slot Ø10 with dp2.0 and bending back again, but the slot look through and the size are Ø9.9335 at front & Ø8.9401 at back, actually I want get the result which show on DRAWING 2,any suggestion & comments here are very much appreciate.
The issue is that you are going to have a hard time getting this in sheet metal in the version you are using due to the legacy feature order. In newer versions the order has been changed and allow you to turn off settings like "Normal Cut" to place this cut in the formed state and then have that translate to the flatten state. Also please make sure to list your version in your profile.
