Can't access add-ins with Professional

I am running SolidWorks Professional 2014, and this is what I see when I go to the Office Products tab:


Note that while the PhotoView and Routing buttons appear depressed, their relevant tabs aren't active. If I try to deselect them, nothing happens; they stay selected. The Toolbox button works as normal, and the rest are unresponsive.


Any idea what's going on? I previously used Premium 2013 on this computer, and both add-ins functioned perfectly. So far, I have restarted Solidworks, restarted the computer, and run the reinstall/repair option through Progams and Features. This happens regardless of the file I open, as far as I can tell.
