They will be intersected by spokes to form something like a spiderweb pattern.  I can not for the life of me figure out how to do this.  Circular pattern is ok for the spokes, but does not vary the radius when used on the annular feature, A linear pattern (done on a revolved cut/protrusion) results in a translated feature EXACTLY like the seed feature, even if I pick the (linear) dimension that drives the radius.  I am out of Ideas of how to make the features, and I am no closer to achieving what I want!
