I am trying to achieve this without having to unfold and extrude cut.

Hi Randy,
the only way to achieve this is the manual way you mentioned in your post. If this is a common requirement for you, you could try to create a library feature that can be easily placed (but you would still have to unfold/fold the bends).
The Corner Relief feature is currently limited to 2 bend corners.
There is currently an existing enhancement request. Perhaps you want to log in to the SolidWorks Customer Portal and vote for this enhancement. When you search for "No ability to do a 3 bend corner relief" you will easily find this enhancement and you can simply vote on it.
Enhancement requests with lots of customers asking for it get more likely implemented .

Use the bend outside option under Flange Position and you will not have to do the unfold - cut extrude - fold features. You will need to adjust your part so as it comes out the correct size.
An easy cheat for this is to use the Insert > Face > Move option. Set the depth as required, I would guess to the tangent.
