Hi David ,
The Script error is mainly due to Add In of SolidWorks Forum During Startup. Hence uncheck the SolidWorks Forum at start up to remove thie error .

I had the same popup recently (SP1.1) & I'm not really sure why. I didn't do any upgrades, it just started appearing recently. When I went to Tools, Add-Ins as suggested, I noticed I had 2 items checkbox selected: Composer & Forum-2015 as below. But I only de-selected Composer & left Forum-2015 checked. After closing & opening SW a few times now, looks like the popup error is gone (crossing fingers).
Spoke too soon. Despite my post above... error message is back again. This time I'll deselect Forum & see if that helps. Grrr...
