I made the configuration and still nothing appeared, and the note doesn't disappear.
Which version of SW you have?
You can click on >Tools>Add-ins.. and make sure Toolbox and Toolbox Browser are enabled
I got a premium version.
I've tried this method, it hasn't worked.
You may have to re-install SW with an option to modify.
Select the toolbox from the list and continue.
Hope this works, if not try repair option
