I am having a little bit of a problem. When I go to full screen in solidwork the menu bar up on the top edge cuts in half. Then when I go out of full screen it disappears. I tried to do some searching in user groups to see how to expand this so that I can see the words again but no luck

If there is something that I am missing please could you all help me.
