Need help solving motion analysis: Study unable to calculate/solve/rebuild

Hi guys,

I am new to Motion add-in, encountering a problem calculating a motion analysis. 1 linear motor is assigned to move a block (weight 400gram) on rails to push open a pivoting door. Most mates are deleted and the remaining 3 are suppressed. 4 solid body contacts and 1 rigid group (block + 2 bearings) are used. Solidworks can't calculate/rebuild the study.

It is actually a simplified model of a complex design, the aim of this study is to evaluate the force required to drive the 400gram block and open door. I was able to calculate the complex design model but the force magnitude (linear motor) - time report shows Newton values that are way too high.

The gravity, solid contact pairs and linear motor settings are exactly as the same as complex model. Attached folder contains the assembly and parts for your reference. What's missing from this study?

Any help from you is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Best regards,
