Move parts from assembly to an existing subassembly

Hello

 

Sorry if this question is already solved, but I haven't found any post about it.

 

I have the following assembly:

 

-Assembly1

     -Part1

     -Part2

     -Part3

     -Subassembly2

          -Part4

          -Part5

 

I want to move Part2 and Part3 to the Subassembly2 keeping mates. Is it possible?

Correct Answer

Hi Raúl

You can drag and drop the parts to the subassembly2! If you don't have selected any entities for the mates from the assembly1, it will Keep the mates!
