what is the efficient way to create holes in sheetmetal cylinder?

i tried to create hles i the flatten mode but it create a problem with the concentric mates. i tried to create holes in the model with cut extrude but it create problem in the drawing dimesions

I think the "proper" way is to create the holes in the flat state, but as you say once it gets bent then the holes are not cylinders anymore and you can't use a concentric mate. One solution is to manually create sketch lines or axes that go through the hole centers and use those for mating.
