I have a sheet that is 1451.96 x 2785.57mm by 2.5mm thick.  I used an arc and base flange off of that arc.  Flattened the piece then cut the holes - on all 4 edges.

the issue is now that if I unflatten it ( only option avaliable ) it suppresses all the holes.

I need to make an assembly with 16 panels forming a circle and have it 3 sheets high.

then after getting this assembly done, replace certain panels with seperate panels with more holes in them to attach equipment to it.

Solidworks just seems to hate rolled sheet metal.  any suggestions?
