I am trying to import a dxf/dwg into a drawing in SW from another piece of software but i continue to get an error:

Invalid or Incomplete DXF/DWG input file

Unable to continue import translations

I have exported from this software in the past and imported into SW drawing but now seem to have problems. I have tried exporting in .dxf and .dwg with no luck. The files do open in draftsite and autocad, and i have been able import other dxf and dwgs into SW from other softwares.

Any suggestions
