Okay I have placed all my drafting standards the way I would like.  I set the layer to "-Per Standard-" and I save my drawing template, and drafting standards.  If I open the document and change from one sheet format to another the layer changes to "0".  How do I get the layer to stay set to "-Per Standard-".  We use different sheet formats to change our drawing size (ie: A, B, C, and D size sheets).  I have tried opening the different formats and saving them with the layer set to "-Per Standard-" and this did not fix my problem.  Thanks for the help...
