Please check the appearance. Some time the appearance should overwrite the other appearance(top level appearance). Remove the appearance if any overwrite and run the render again.

I think in the render options you will need to check the box for "Custom render settings" and then increase the number of reflections and refractions. I don't know which is more important or what value is ideal, so you may need to just experiment. But in my test I tried 10 and 10 and it seemed to produce good results.
Edit: When I said it produced good results, that was based off of the preview. I have quickly discovered, though, that this greatly increases the render time. So I'd start low and work your way up. Also I think the refractions are more important than reflections for this type of render. 2 reflections and 7 refractions look ok for me.
Please keep gap of fractions in between the water volume and bottle. Hope it will solve the problem. else do share the model even if not resolve.

Here's what I got. I changed the material of the liquid to still water, and the other render settings are shown below. I just rendered a low resultion image because I am at home on my laptop and rendering is really slow.

When rendering liquid in a container, you should offset the "liquid geometry" into the surrounding surfaces. ie here is the relevant help topic from Modo...from which the PhotoView 360 render engine is based on:

I had scaled liquid geometry with 0,99 before rendering .
i tried your model and rendered that. I change the appearance in the part level and i change the some appearance colour of the liquid. Here's what I got. The my render settings are shown below. I just rendered a low resolution.

In PHOTOVIEW 360 OPTIONS , the number of refraction is more than 20:
The most important: Appearances: Still water for water and Modo asset: heave ripper water blue, or Modo asset : Dielectric. ( the folder : C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\photoview\resrc\presets\materials\organic\water)

One correction to what I pointed out that I think you misunderstood. You said you scaled by 0.99. Making the water surface smaller...and moving AWAY from the container geometry. The rule of thumb is the opposite. To make the liquid INTERSECT with the glass (or plastic in this case). That being said, it's rather difficult with your specific geometry b/c once you scale the liquid to > 1.0, while some portions intersect with the plastic bottle as desired, other portions protrude. The original geometry offset, and subsequent scaling, make it tricky.
So in this specific case, even I left the liquid scaled at 0.99. (But generally, I'd try to intersect with the glass/plastic if at all possible.)
Meanwhile, while specific materials and number of refraction's can make a legitimate difference, I believe when you're setting up a shot with glass or liquid, you really need to think more about the lighting. And since the object is 100% transparent, very little other geometry plays a role in the refraction's. Instead, it's the background that makes up for most of the refracted light. Hope that makes sense...
