how do I get two drawings of a sheet metal part one flat and one bent
Assuming you've created the part as a sheet metal part, there should be a flat pattern view in your view palette that you can drag in. If not, bring in whichever view would be 'normal to' your flat pattern and then change the configuration to flat pattern.
If you are placing dimensions on the flat view be aware that there are several things that can affect them - K-factor, matl thickness, bend Radii, tooling used to form the part, etc.
It may be better to show the flat view dimensions as reference.
Add a second sheet to your drawing and place the flat pattern on the second sheet with the bent part on the first sheet. And as Jeff Holliday said make sure all the sheet metal parameters are correct otherwise it is best to let your fabricator develop the flat pattern to suit their methods.
Like everyone else said. Don't make your own flat pattern unless you are going to make the part yourself.
