I am looking for a solution to simulate an autoclave.
It does not really an output in an autoclave.
Consider the condensate outlet it is corecte ?
My goal is to simulate the time-dependent temperature

Thank you for your answer
Yes I use the time dépendance but I get some abérents points:
-273 ° C and over 300 ° C when the steam temperature is approximately 130 ° C.
to answer of the solver requirements I have an exit holes has declared the astmosphériques pressure.
This causes vortex and high mach speed.
In time dependency case can you spend on the outlets?
Sounds like a setup problem. I would recommend starting with steady state.
i Don't understand your second question about dependency.
I mean : Can you do without outlet in a time dependency project ?
I already did a test in steady state : not better
I use the standard definition of steam, you already test it ?
If you have no outlet, what you're saying is that you're trying to model the process of filling a pressure vessel. Obviously this has no steady state solution, because the pressure inside will just keep rising and rising. I do not know how a real autoclave operates, but I assume that there must be a way to let out the working fluid out otherwise it will injure the user when s/he opens it to remove the items.
Did you try making a simple model with only an inlet and doing a time-dependent analysis already?
Lets take a step back and have you describe what the situation is, what you want to learn and then we can talk about approach vs just feature and functions that are available.
hello,
I'm sorry, I havent enough of time to respond earlier.
I simulates an autoclave to know performance of a frame in the temperature rise.
I see abérents temperature points about -90 ° at the beginning of the cycle.
All of my condition departures are at 20 ° or above.
the system had a total opening pressure depending the time and temperature also , too.
Output has limited environmental friendly pressure flow.
the fluid is steam
I limit the time to study 2min yet.
is it possible to send my test file?
I do not know where I can transfer the model
no think on the pale for upload a file.
I have two frames: an existing and a new one.
I must compare the impact of the piece heating.
I found in the "Solving Engineering Problems.pdf" information about steam.
I mixed with air and the results a better.
I have also a flux problem maybe a mesh problem
can you provide some more detail?
i don't see any reason why flow simulation can't be used to simulate an autoclave
time dependency is a feature of flow simulation that you can use in this case
