Good morning all,

Not sure where to post this so I'm trying under the General category.  Trying to install a service pack update on my PC at work and I'm getting the below error.  Dassault sent me the link for the update, I downloaded it, extracted it to the desktop into a folder, and am now trying to run the setup.exe file (even tried as "run as adminstrator").  Any ideas?  I have SW closed down when I'm trying to run this from Windows Explorer.  Running Windows 7 64bit.  Thanks.
