When you're in the drawing, editing the note (or starting a new one), click on the "Link to Property" button shown below in the screenshot, then choose "Model in view specified in sheet properties". The property should then be available to choose in the drop-down. Of course you will need to have a drawing view in the drawing for this to work.
Make sure the name of the custom property matches exactly with the drawing note link. For example you mentioned "Gransk./Approval" in the drawing and "Gransk.Approval" in the part, but there is a slash in the drawing one.
If those actually do match and you are still having the same problem, it is possible that you have the same field in the part under configuration specific properties. If you do then the configuration specific property will override the generic custom property, so you would just need to delete the config specific one.
Lastly another thing that could cause the problem is if you have multiple parts on the same drawing. The drawing notes might be referencing the wrong part when it looks for the properties. If you open the sheet properties in the bottom left there is a drop down menu for "Use custom property values from model shown in". You should set that to the view of the part you want referenced.
It works. Thanks for the help! =)
