Can you open 2015 files in 2014 version?
I tried to open 2013 file on 2012 software and it didnt work. I dont think solidworks has an option to down save the file like the Graphic design Software have.
I wish it was like that.

No I'm not at the moment. I live in England and SP5 is not available for 2014 version.
I believe that backwards compatibility ended with SW2014. And SW2014 sp5 hasn't been released yet.
There's an EV for SP5, I had not heard that it was ending.
it was mentioned in the 2015 beta forums - SW apparently had to change the file format too much to keep that feature working. at least between 2014 and 2015, might work again for 2015 and 2016.
