I am trying to create a fillet for the "W" and "N" just like the "B" and the "E" but I am having difficulty in doing so. I used splines to create the letters and I used a lot of them. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I'd start by getting rid of as many splines as you can. Try and do as much as you can with lines and arcs, making sure they are tangent to each other. Especially the corners of the text, I hope there's no need you couldn't use arcs instead of splines on such a small detail.
You have some areas on your splines where they have an inflection point/dimple, and change curvature (I looked at your W). Not something SW is going to like to add fillets on.
The main problem here is that you cannot create an edge blend higher than a radius of about .015. The inner portion on the bottom of the "W" does not allow for a larger radius. You would need to tweak the "W" so that the inner radius at the bottom point is a larger radius, therefore allowing for a larger edge blend. Either that or, if you want to be consistent throughout all the letters, use a smaller edge blend radius.
