right mouse click e.g. the cavity feature in the part. List external references - Break all.
Make a copies of the bodies you want to get interference from (Insert > Feature > Move/Copy). Then use combine and get the interference of the bodies. Now you'll have a body that you can insert into another part and use further.
If you can show what are you trying to achieve then one may be able to give you better option/solution.
One way to do it:
In an assembly if you edit the part that you want to cut away interference with another part. Go to mold tools and use the cavity feature, select the other part/parts that is causing the interference and you are done.
The cavity feature does not show up standard in the mold tools toolbar. You have to go to tools => customize => commands, select the Mold tools category and drag the cavity button to the toolbar.
