how to proceed for the above mentioned problem in solidworks
what does dynamic mean to you?
the closest thing in flow is transient analysis
and in a transient analysis you could hanger the flow speed and direction
I wanted to vary angle of incidence for wing and at particular speed simulate the flow.......and observe coefficient of lift and drag...............is that possible with solidworks flow simualtion
yes but please make sure you read through the documentation and these forums about aerodynamic flow considerations in CFD
in steady state and using a parametric sweep you can easily look at many angles of attack
in a dynamic analysis, you could move the flow to simulate the moving of the wing, solve time will be very long likely
there is current no way to move the wing dynamically in flow simulation, this would require moving mesh or similar
