Greetings All,
I'm trying to create a library feature such that I can insert it to a rectangular or cylindrical part. The feature also must have the ability to be orientated.
I have created a simple sketch point as my insertion origin, then I created a cross hair sketch and associated a couple reference planes to that sketch. Note, I have eliminated all horizontal and vertical relations.
I can successfully insert the feature and it works fine if I do not rotate it. If I attempt to insert the feature at 90 degrees, it craps out.
Note, I have the following references:
- face plane
- sketch point (for center)
- x-axis plane
- y-axis plane (note, this plane is also used for some feature geometry creation)
Thanks in advance for any help.
