Running Server 2008 R2, I have installed eDrawings 2015 x64. When I open any drawings they are prompted to install the 'solidworks document manager api'. I am unable to install that because of a 1722 error

"Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Action Register _DocMgrDLL.A48C1CF2_EBF8_48E8_ACAD_..."

I have read through this post and, even though it is outdated, I performed the same steps with no resolution.

Any ideas on how to get this installed?
