I have a stand alone license on my machine at home - and I was thinking to install SW2015 as soon as there will be 2015 SP0 available to download.
But my question is, do I have to transfer licence before uninstalling SW2014.
Not sure, or do I just uninstall version 2014 and then install version 2015 and when asked for serial no. I will put it as always?
No if you have the standalone license & it is up to date then you can install 2015 on the same computer. It will still have you activate it but won't be an issue.

Yes you can. When you uninstall 2014 it will ask if you want to transfer the license to a different computer. You can answer either yes to transfer your existing license back to Solidworks & then after installing 2015 transfer it back to the new install but if you're installing 2015 on the same computer you have 2014 on, you won't need to transfer the license back to Solidworks. It will allow you to install 2015 & then activate it using the license currently on your machine.
