I have created the parting lines, shut off features, and parting surface but when I try to use the tooling split feature I get the following error: "Cannot knit sheets together"...I'm not exactly sure what to do. Please help!

Some tangency arrows are flipped the wrong way for some of the shutoff surfaces.
When you created the feature "Parting Line3", you did not select the edges of the holes. If you would have, you would have noticed the "Message" box at the top would have turned green and displayed the message "The parting line is complete. The mold can be separated into core and cavity".
The feature "Shut-Off Surface7" has tangency incorrectly defined on some of the holes patches. Also, it is an unnecessary feature. When the "Parting Line" feature is correctly defined, the "Parting Surface" tool will automatically make these shut-off patches.
The knit features you created were also not needed and only served to create the problem you encountered.
You do not need both Sketch7 & Sketch8, just one of them.
