I have been trying to do flange 5-10 mm on the edge of slot which should be very easy procedure but nothing works for some reason. Can you help?

I have seen your model its in normal solid model , if i am not wrong, do it in Sheet metal to get the same.

I have checked but it was Sheet metal. I did not post solid. Please check again.
The slot you did has different values. You are doing plain slot but mine has 5 mm vertical line between the arc corners.
It could be the issue why this does not work.
Also I need to put the flange on already Cut-Extruded sheet metal. Exactly the same that I attached.
The part that I need to use it for has already been done and this flange needs to be added which means that I can not do it the way you did.
I need to add the flange to already cut slot.

I am not having ANY problem adding a flange to either side of this "already cut" slot. Use the edge flange, pick the edge you want and SW will add the flange.

Just use the flange command
Use the EDGE FLANGE command and you're good...
this is the original part.
I have to say that it was not working last night but it somehow works now.
I knew I could had used the flange command but it did not work that's why I created this post.
The issue that I am having now is that the Flat-Pattern wont generate the right cut-out for this slot.
I would not change size of the cut-out at all. I am going to be using special tool to punch it tru which means that cut out should be much smaller.

I apoligize, just after I sent my answer I thinks the solution is just rebooting, but I dont sent a replay about.
As a compensation, I recommend you to move corner flanges meeting point out of the big hole to improbe tolerances and facilitate welding, as shown.

I should leave the top 1 mm gap where it is because the very top part of this wing is not flat actually. See photo bellow. Cut View:
My new idea was ( photo bellow ) but we have to see how we can wrap it around the corner.
This will reduce the amount of welding by 80 % which is very good.
PS:This part will be done on press with standard tool V50 R6 88%.
