What happen when you click onn check for updates under Help menu in SOLIDWORKS
It is not listed on the download list.
It is not also appear in the Update Check.
Then I would suggest you to please wait for one day and report back.

I've found the cause.
The cause was that I did not join in (Early Visibility Program).
Then join, I was able to download.
I am part of the Early Vis and I do not see it. I am hoping that is because the released version is ready soon.

In SW2014 SP4.0, if I'm using a network license,
Can not be used license (Simulation Premium).
