is there any chance that I can convert this solid part into a hollow part with 20 mm wall thickness?
The front face can be opened.
I was trying all sorts of things but nothing works. I also did just a normal cut-extrude but it is not the way to go. It is to show you you the profile that I need.

Since you don't actually want a uniform thickness wall all around (the fins are excluded), I think your best options is to use a Lofted Cut. Make the profile and guides just like you did for the first loft. It might help to add more profiles at a couple cross sections along the loft.
You could also model the main hull without the fins first, then shell it, then add each fin as a separate loft after the shell.

With uniform thickness it is theoretically really easy because that would just be a Shell feature, however I tried that on your part and it had an error so I don't think that would work.
