Can't explode this converted Pro/E eDrawings assembly

Hi All,

I have an eDrawings file (attached) from a client. He converted it from a Pro/E assembly to an .easm. The original Pro/E file had an exploded view. When I open the .easm in eDrawings, I can explode and collapse the model with Ctrl-E. However, on eDrawings Pro for desktop, there is no exploded view listed under the explode tab. And on eDrawings Pro for mobile, the Explode button is grayed out..

Does anyone know how to activate exploded view in converted Pro/E files?
