I'm trying to dimension an assembly in a drawing.  I can't get my dimension to "snap" to the outside edge of a pipe elbow (the round edge).

Under Tools / Options / Document Properties / Grid/Snap I all snap options selected, but it still won't snap to this particular part of this object.

Is there a way to, or a work-around?
