I have been asked to help out another company that deals heavily in rolled sheet metal components (they currently are ONLY using Mechanical Desktop but want this part in SW).  I am fairly comfortable with sheet metal modeling but this one has me stumped.  I have attached a general representation of the part that I need to create.  You will see that I was able to model it as a surface but nothing I can find will allow me to turn this into a sheet metal part which can be flattened.  Is this possible?  Any help will be very appreciated.  Thanks.
