Hi,
I am trying to use Flex tool in SW to bend my model. However, after using the Flex, the model loses some of its features.
I have tried to modify the missing feature's sketch and its connections to other features, but it still does not work.
I have attached the photo showing the problem, any advice on that?

Go through the help and find out if you can resolve, issue may arise particularly from flex input. Remove the merge solids options for the adjoined features drawn over the primary feature,and while extruding in flex options just give the primary object to bend.
Must you use flex? I don't use it myself. I'd model the part with the bend in it already.
You could try increasing the flex accuracy slider in the flex options. If that doesn't help, you could try to use a deform feature instead. With the "curve to curve" type you could draw a sketch line for the starting and ending curve (the starting would be a straight line).
