"Operation failed due to geometric condition"..... can there be any more vague error message than this? What the He77 does that mean? Come on SW give me a little clearer answer than this!
Could you post a screenshot of your 3D model and what you are trying to do?
Out of 185 ppl, you are the only one that has tried to answer.... pretty poor showing
Does anyone have any idea what SW means by his vague error message??
It means different things at different times. That's why Martijn asked for more information (screenshot, model) to help diagnose it. Sometimes it means a feature is self-intersecting, sometimes it might mean it results in zero-thickness geometry. There are countless other things it could mean. If you want to know what it means in your specific case then the best thing would be to attach the model and tell us what you were trying to do.
I suspect that the reason you got only one reply out of 185 views is that you didn't ask for any help that we could give. To me, it just looks like a rhetorical question to the guys at SolidWorks;a rant, if you will. There is a very long thread dedicated to "your favorite SolidWorks error messages". Depending upon your mood, it can be either very funny or very infuriating.
