My version is 2013 X64 sp5.0.
I'm using SW2014, and I have buttons at bottom right, below the Description box, for OK, Cancel, and Help. I'm not sure why you aren't seeing them. I don't think they're new to SW2014, but I don't have any way to check. Corrupt installation?
The OK and Cancel commands were added in SW2012. Select the pulldown list and choose the "Others" category to filter down the list a bit more. Or, type "OK" into the search field.
I may have misunderstood your question... I thought your dialog image was simply clipping off the bottom of the dialog, but are you saying that the OK/Cancel/Help buttons at the bottom of the dialog are actually missing? If so, then this could be caused by the DPI scale setting on your machine (Control Panel-Display). If set to a very high display scale, then SW2013 can run into problems displaying all the controls properly. At 150% I can see these 3 buttons... is this the problem you're describing and, if so, are you using a scale above 150%?
Reaction to DPI scale (dots per inch display scaling) has been greatly improved in SW2014, but this is an ongoing effort with the flood of super-high resolution monitors hitting the market and our expectation that 200% and higher will soon be a common display scale.
This is still and issue in 2014 SP2 on my laptop. I have to drag the dialog over to my larger monitor to select OK. This happen with other dialog in SW as well but I do not recall exactly which ones.
Maybe allowing us to resize the dialog so we can move it up to get at the buttons on the bottom would help.
Is the monitor resolution too small and you can't fit the full dialog on the screen without clipping the bottom edge? Or are you using display scaling which is making the dialog larger than 100% of it original size?
Screen Resolution is set to 1366 x 768, the dialog does not fit. My control Panel Display is set to "Smaller - 100% (default)"
