welding a sheet metal prior study

    A. A

      Helo,

I made a sheet metal part , a complex radiator base and I am trying to run a a study and calculate displacements and strength.

The problem is , if I do not add weld corners , the study treats the part as not welded with worthless results.

      What can I do?

There is a corner weld tool but fails on some edges.

For example imagine a  ribbon folded to cylinder .how to weld the butted edges?

Is the another way to tell the study that these edges are welded?

      Thanks, I appreciate any help
