You are much more likely to get a good answer if you move this into the EPDM forum.
Good shout! My bad!
If anyone's interested -
The initial export of the Vault I was trying to replicate was failing due to the fact that two users which had notifications assigned to them had been deleted. Essentially orphaning the notifications and causing them to not appear within the EPDM admin workflow - this a bug with EPDM 2012 SP5.
To find these orphaned notifications I ran the following SQL script on the server:
SELECT t.Name, nu.Username, ng.groupid, ng.Groupname from Notifications n left outer join ( select NotificationID, u.Username, u.Enabled from NotificationUsers nu inner join Users u on nu.UserID = u.UserID) nu on n.NotificationID = nu.NotificationID left outer join (select NotificationID, ng.groupid, groupname from NotificationGroups ng left outer join Groups g on g.GroupID = ng.GroupID) ng on n.NotificationID = ng.NotificationID inner join Transitions t on t.TransitionID = n.TransitionID
The users that appear with NULL in the results were the ones that needed to be deleted. I contacted my VAR and they provided with the specific SQL script required to manually delete these 'orphaned notifications'.
Once I could export the Vault settings successfully, I created a new Vault and used the .cex file to reproduce all the settings.
I then copied the Folder structure (with out the Files) by using MS Windows ROBOCOPY CMD.
Useful guide on using Robocopy can be found here:
