I can't seem to change my dimension or table colors in a drawing.

Dimensions:

I'm just using the smart dimensions.. They're coming in Black, but I want them red.

I've changed all "dimensions" to red in the tools/option/colors/color scheme settings, but they're still coming in black.

Tables:

They're coming in Red, but I want them black.
