Have you verified that the video driver is correct for SW2010? In a new machine it is possible that the video card driver is newer than the latest certified driver tested on SW.
On the SolidWork site there is no more verification posibility for SW 2010.
They start with 2012 version until 2015.
But I think, if the card would be the problem than why can I see all the other components?
Are you saying you only see this behavior for one assembly file - for other assemblies or parts it works fine?
Are the *.sldprt files for the assembly available?
Can you attach a screen capture image of the browser?
Are the part feature trees saved in a rolled up state?
Any error messages?
Are you using windows 7, 8 or 8.1?
Are you running SW2010 in XP comparability mode?
plus there are no drivers for that card as it was not even made back in 2010.
Now if I remember there was an issue with the Quadro 600 (not the K600) around that time that needed a patch for it to work correctly in XP with SW.
Found it is was to get Realview working on that card
Run the SolidWorks Rx > Diagnostics tool to see what it reports.
If you haven't already done so, update the graphics driver to the latest SW approved Dell T1700/nVidia K600 driver for SW2014 ... assuming you are running Win7 x64.
Thank you all for your help!
It was the Nvidia driver K600.
After running Solidworks Rx - Diagnostic I found out that the driver for the video card was out dated !
After installing the last update everything is just fine !!!
Thank you again!
