I want to change the origin of a part. (The location, as well as which way the X, Y & Z axis point.)

I have searched YOUTUBE & and this forum, but have not found a solution yet.

I have tried using INSERT > REFERENCE GEOMETRY > COORDINATE SYSTEM.

After doing this, I could see an UCS icon on the part, at the correct location, that appeared to be facing the correct way, but I could still see that the UCS at the bottom left of the screen was still unchanged.

What is the proper method to change the origin of a part?
