Lets say I have a very complex drawing that will take very long to redraw in new part. How can I copy it to a new file keeping all dimensions and relations. Every time I do copy and paste from black drawings goes white and dimensions get all screwed up
Sketches in Part modeling, The old part has the necessary information i need to create the new part. Usually I will just rename erase all the features and just leave the original sketch and begin modeling again that works well too but I was looking for something maybe simpler The pack and go might work well too
If you are using the same sketch regularly then you should look at using the design Library.

Just to clarify... you have several parts which are similar and you want to create drawings for them all. But you don't want to draw them all separately because you are probably thinking that they are almost the same... there must be a way?!
Well... you would be right. There is a way.
Click open > select drawing you wish to open > click the reference button in the open window > Double click the part that is shown in the reference window > Select the new part you wish to show in your new drawing > click open.
You may have to tweak a few things depending how different the parts are from each other.

If the old part and new part are similar, and I assume they are, I would recommend doing a Pack and Go of the original drawing, and change the names of the new drawing and part during the Pack and Go process. You could then make whatever changes needed to the new part, and all dimensions and associations between the new part and drawing should remain, except of course for those lost due to any changes made in the part.
Mukesh' suggestion may also work well, especially if you've already made the changes to the new part.
