I hadn't been on this site for a few weeks and have now noticed that it has undergone some changes.
On the old forum I had the ability to see all my raised discussions (under 'My Stuff').
How do I access this information on this new forum?

Select Content and then Authored
For a quick tutorial go to Home > Getting Started
Several other tutorials can be found under the Content >Documents tab.
