I don't really know what's happening here as the configurations were all based on the initial drawing with just 6 dimensions being changed in the deign table.

The first 4 were made, then a design table created. to make the 2x4 configuration I just added the dimensions to the design table.

If you look at a front view and switch between the configurations you can see minor changes that appear to be inconsistencies in the revolve feature because they don't match the sketch.
