i should start to work with Solidworks Plastics. Bevor i start i want to get deeper in it.
What preparation can you recommend for SolidWorks Plastics? (Books, Literature...)
Greetings from Germany
I would recommend to start with SOLIDWORKS Plastics Training manual (please see more details here).
Also, you can find some helpful information about results in Help file (from SolidWorks Plastics Help, click on Help, or you can see the detailed explanation in Results Adviser page). Good luck!
thank you for your answer.
I don´t have SolidWorks Plastics yet. We will buy it in one oder two month. And then should i go to an official training and later in my study we will cover the Topic Injektion Mold Analysis.
But i will do a Little bit of groundwork bevor i start with Plastics because many People tell me that Injektion Mold Analysis is a big Topic and a lot of learning. My knwolegde about Injektion Molds is good. So i think wenn i learn in a professionel way i can get it.
But i didn´t found many Literature yet.
I've never used SolidWorks Plastics, but I have used Moldflow Advisor a lot. If you are knowledgeable about injection molded parts, injection molds and the injection molding process, then you shouldn't have much trouble. The training should cover the stuff that you need to know about the user interface.
My guess is that you will find that Plastics doesn't give you accurate predictions on every part you run; there will be certain problems that it won't see. One that I notice in Moldflow is that it doesn't catch the way the flow hesitates when it comes to a decrease in wall section, like at a gate.
that ist exactly what i mean. The using of the user Interface should be no Problem.
But i think the Interpretation of the Simulation resluts is the salient Point because ist a Analyse not a real injection mold.
This is why im looking for Litarature about Rheologie and Injektion mold Analyse.
