What I'm hoping to do is is to be able to view the time steps of a simulation event by "stepping though" them manually.  I know how to create an animation of all the frames, but I'd like to be able to step through them manually so that I can visually analyze the results from step to step.   I see no way of doing this other than creating the animation and then running it at different speeds, or outputting screen captures to seperate files (both which require significant effort for such a simple result).

This was easy to do in both Ansys and Mechanica....
