How to put a rotation in a flat bar?

Hi,

I am trying to model a 90 degree rotation in this bar but I am struggling.

I am trying to put the rotation in the long side, about half way up (about 90 degrees).

I believe the Flex option would be the best way of doing - but unsure how.

Can anyone help me and then send back to see how it would be done?

Tom not sure if I understand as what exactly you mean by a 90 degree rotation. Can you draw a hand sketch to show what you OR check attached picture of that is what you after.

I've done the flex for you, check the plane positions and the video will explain the rest.
