2014 Solidworks Student Edition won't install.

So, I just purchased my copy of Solidworks 2014 through the online store (so it's a disk copy). However, it won't install due to error messages such as:

The Installation Manager could not read a file that is required for installation: D:\swwi\data\SolidWorks.Msi.

Check that the file exists and that you have read permission, and then rerun the Installation Manager.

When contacting Technical Support about installation issues, you will need to provide the installation log files available in this directory. Use the button below to save your logs as a zip file for sending to your support representative.

There are usually variances of the install manager not reading a file that is required for installation. Usually I'll get something like regarding the InstallExecute??? or I'll get an error about shaders.

I'm hesitant to post logs since they include my serial #.

If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

EDIT:

I'm now getting this error as well:

Installation project error: The project file does not exist (C:\Windows\SolidWorks\IM_20140-40200-1100-100 (2)\sldim\)
