What are you guys using to manage resources in your design offices?
Typically questions like
- Which resources (persons) will be available soonest to start a new job?
- Which is the best resource (based on skills set) to assign to the job?
- How much time was spent on a projects/job?
- Was the project completed within the estimates/quoted time?
If you are using something like this what is it called and what do you like/dislike about it?
